(ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been made for issuance of direction to official respondents to look into the matter carefully and take action against respondents No.4 and 5. Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the purpose would be achieved if respondent No.2 - Senior Superintendent of Police, District Tarn Taran, is directed to look into representation dated 10.07.2018 and reminder dated 18.10.2018 (Annexures P-1 and P-2 respectively) moved by the petitioner, in a time-bound manner. Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and after perusing the paper-book, but without commenting on merits of the case, instant petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.

2-Senior Superintendent of Police, District Tarn Taran, to decide the representation dated 10.07.2018 and reminder dated 18.10.2018 (Annexure P-1 and P-2 respectively) after hearing the petitioner by passing a speaking order within a period of one month from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
