Present petition has been filed praying for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.0034, dated 04.04.2025, under Sections 115(2), 126(2), 110, 351(2) of BNS, 2023, registered at Police Station Chabbewal, District Hoshiarpur (Annexure P-1) 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the FIR mentioned in the present petition already stands quashed on the basis of a compromise effected between the parties, vide order of even date passed in connected petition i.e. CRM-M-47597-2025. Accordingly, the present petition has been rendered infructuous and deserves to be dismissed. 3.

Dismissed as infructuous.
