Present Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. /Section 528 of the BNSS, 2023 for issuance of appropriate directions to respondent Nos. 1 to 3 to conduct a fair, impartial and time-bound enquiry on the representation (Annexure P-4) submitted by the petitioners; and further for issuance of directions for registration of an FIR against respondent Nos. 4 to 11. It is further prayed that appropriate direction be issued to the official respondents to ensure the security of the life and liberty of the petitioners and their entire family which is at the eminent danger at the hands of respondents No. 4 to 11 and other relatives/friend. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks and is permitted to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to take alternative remedy(s), in accordance with law, including approaching the concerned Magistrate as provided in law.
