This is a petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for quashing of FIR No.270 dated 13.11.2015 under Sections 363/366-A of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 registered at Police Station Chherretta, District Amritsar City (Annexure P-3) and all other consequential proceedings arising there-from. 2.

Learned counsel for the respondent-State contends that the present petition has since been rendered infructuous inasmuch as the petitioner in the present case stands acquitted. 3.

Dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
