******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) The present petition has been filed under Section 438 Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.69 dated 06.10.2018 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 201 of Indian Penal Code, at Police Station Sekhwan, District Batala.
Heard.
Learned State counsel submits that petitioner has joined the investigation, which is still in progress but the vouchers under which the transactions were made from the account of Manjit Singh have not been recovered so far.

CRM-M-47909-2018 -2The allegation against the petitioner is that he had dealt with account of Manjit Singh son of complainant, who was living aborad. The clearance certificate was issued by him on 28.07.2016 but he handled the account even thereafter, upto 14.09.2016.
The case is based on documentary evidence. The petitioner has already joined the investigation.
Keeping in view the above facts and that the conclusion of investigation and trial will take considerably long time, this petition is allowed and order dated 01.03.2019 is made absolute till the presentation of challan, subject to the following terms:- (i) that the petitioner shall make himself available for interrogation by the police as and when required; (ii) that the petitioner shall not, directly or indirectly, make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the accusation against him so as to dissuade him from disclosing such facts to the Court or to any police officer;
(iii) that the petitioner shall not leave India without the prior permission of the Court;
(iv) that the petitioner will seek regular bail on presentation of challan in Court.
