& ! '=7 "It is submitted that both the parties appeared and suffered statements regarding the compromise. The complainantAmiya Singh and injured Jagbir Singh son of Amiya Singh have suffered a statement to this effect that matter has been compromised between the parties. They have no objection if on the basis of compromise the present FIR is quashed and in present FIR there are three accused. Further stated that he has compromised the matter with accused without any pressure and undue influence. Thereafter, statement of accused namely Jasbir Kaur, Hakam Singh and Happy Singh were recorded to this effect that in present FIR they are accused in the present FIR. They were never declared Proclaimed person/offender by any Hon'ble court.
He entered into compromise with the complainant out of our free-will and without any pressure or coercion. Statement of both the parties recorded separately. Statement of 1.0. SI Raghbir Singh recorded to this effect that he is 1.O. in present FIR and as per his statement there are three accused namely Jasbir Kaur, Hakam Singh and Happy Singh in present FIR no. 240 dated 21.08.2019 PS Kalayat. Further stated that as per his record none of the accused was declared Proclaimed person/offender in present FIR.
It is submitted that after going through the statement made by the complainant and accused, this court is satisfied that the statements regarding the compromise is made by them out of their own free-will and without any fear, threat or coercion from any side. The compromise also appears to be voluntarily in nature. There are three accused in present FIR. In present case only FIR is pending before this court and no challan has been presented till date." - /# /2 #/## !
