Accordingly, Annexure P-3 and P-4 are taken on record. Crl. Misc. No. M-5692 of 2016 The present petition is against order dated 03.12.2014 passed by learned JMIC Patiala whereby the learned Court disposed of the application filed by the respondent under Section 125 Cr.P.C vide which learned Court has stayed the dispossession of the respondent from H. No. 1084, Tripuri Town Patiala.

Learned counsel submits that even father of the petitioner has been acquitted on 01.07.2016 (Annexure P-3) and marriage between the complainant and her husband has also been dissolved on GAURAV ARORA 2017.04.17 15:12 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh

Crl. Misc. No. M-5692 of 2016 (O&M) 11.08.2016 (Annexure P-4) in favour of husband of the respondent. Learned counsel submits that the petitioner was not in India when the impugned order dated 03.12.2014 was passed. This petition at this stage is disposed of by giving a liberty to the petitioner to take alternative remedy in accordance with law before the trial Court itself.
