******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) This is the third petition filed by the petitioner under Section 439 Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of regular bail in case FIR No. 239 dated 22.09.2016 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 365, 302, 201 read with Section 34 of Indian Penal Code (for short, "IPC") at Police Station City Narwana, District Jind. Learned State counsel has placed on file copy of order dated 04.04.2019 passed by the trial Court, which shows that the prosecution evidence has been closed, statement of accused under Section 313 Cr.P.C. has also been recorded and the case is now fixed for defence evidence, if any and arguments.

CRM-M-47922-2018 Keeping in view the facts that the case is at final stage of disposal, I find no reason to allow regular bail to the petitioner at this stage. This petition has no merits.
