In proceedings under Sections 25, 19 and 24 of the Guardians and Wards Act, 1890 for custody of minor daughter Aditi Sharma, petitioner had moved an application for directing the School to handover fee book to him, which was dismissed by learned Guardian Judge, Rupnagar.

I am of the view that child is in the custody of grand-father, therefore, fee book of the child is supposed to be with him. Unlikely in this case under the Guardians and Wards Act, even the School Principal has been made party. There is no illegality and infirmity in the impugned order. Dismissed.
