Heard.

In this case, the matter was initially reported to the police and an FIR was registered, in which the cancellation report was filed. Thereafter, the petitioners in both the petitions were summoned, on the complaint filed by respondent No. 2, to face trial for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 323, 148 read with Section 149 IPC. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have already put in appearance before the trial Court and have been released on interim bail under the order dated 11.12.2017 passed in CRM-M-470252017 and order dated 18.12.2017 passed in CRM-M-48187-2017 Keeping in view the fact that the conclusion of evidence in the complaint case will take considerably long time, both the petitions are allowed and the order dated 11.12.2017 passed in CRM-M-47025-2017 and order dated 18.12.

2017 passed in CRM-M-48187-2017, are made absolute subject to the condition that petitioners shall keep on appearing before the trial Court on each and every date of hearing. In the event of their nonappearance on any date without permission, the trial Court will be competent to cancel their bail and forfeit the bail bonds and surety bonds and proceed against them in accordance with law.
