(ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. has been made for grant of pre-arrest bail to petitioner Fraj Ahmed in case FIR No.06 dated 03.01.2016 registered under Sections 451, 323, 506, 120-B and 34 IPC at Police Station City-1, Malerkotla, District Sangrur. Petitioner was declared proclaimed offender by the trial Court vide order dated 11.08.2017. Anticipatory bail application of the petitioner has been dismissed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Sangrur, vide order dated 06.11.2017 and he has been directed to surrender before the trial Court.

Without commenting on the merits of the case, present petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to appear/surrender before the trial Court on or before 22.12.2017. He will be at liberty to move application for his bail, which shall be decided by the trial Court in accordance with law within two days. On failure of the petitioner to appear before the trial Court on or before 22.12.2017, this order shall stand automatically cancelled.
