As per investigation the accused petitioner-Ashok Kumar alongwith his co-accused Satpal Singh had trespassed into the house of the complainant on 30.12.2015 at around 8 pm by breaking open the locks and committed theft. Co-accused was apprehended at the spot while petitioner managed to flee.
After hearing the learned counsel, keeping in view the nature and gravity of offence, no case for grant of anticipatory bail is made out.
Dismissed.
