Rajan Gupta, J (Oral) This is a petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C seeking direction that life and liberty of the petitioner be protected. She may not be harassed at the hands of respondent Nos. 7 to 10. Mr.Vinod Bhardwaj has put in appearance on behalf of private respondents. He submits that no threat has been extended to the petitioner. They have no objection if the petitioner lives at a place of her choice.

Learned counsel for official respondents submit that in case petitioner fears any threat to her life and liberty, she can move a representation, which shall be looked into.
