H. S. Madaan, J. (Oral) The petitioner had filed an application for grant of pre-arrest bail earlier, in which interim bail was granted to him issuing a direction to him to join the investigation. He had not complied with the said direction and learned counsel for the petitioner on 11.10.2017 had made a statement that he be permitted to withdraw the petition and the petition was dismissed as withdrawn vide order dated 11.10.2017.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that reason for noncompliance was that he was implicated in another case, in which he had been granted anticipatory bail earlier. Reason may be any, but the second application is not maintainable, without there being any change in circumstances.

The petition is not maintainable. Dismissed.
