Authorized representative of respondents No. 2 and 3 have informed that the petitioners have already got promoted as per memo No. 43594 dated 05.09.2025. So the matter has become infructuous.

In view of the above, the case file be sent back to the Hon'ble Court as the matter is being already settled." 3.

In the wake of aforesaid order, the petition stands disposed of. 4.
