The present revision petition has been filed by the petitionerwife aggrieved by the order dated 22.03.2021 passed by the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Kaithal whereby the evidence of the petitioner-wife has been closed.

Learned counsel for the petitioner-wife would contend that the petitioner-wife would suffer irreparable loss in case she is not afforded one opportunity to lead her evidence. Learned counsel for the petitioner-wife further contends that she is the only witness who was to be examined and that she would lead her evidence on the next date of hearing fixed before the Trial Court concerned i.e. 16.12.2024.

Learned counsel for the respondent states that though he has no objection, however, the matter has been delayed only because of the Ankur Goyal 2024.11.14 10:43 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

repeated adjournments being sought by the learned counsel for the petitioner-wife.

In view of the above, the petitioner-wife is granted one opportunity to lead her evidence on the next date of hearing fixed before the Trial Court concerned i.e. 16.12.2024. It is made clear that in case the petitioner-wife does not lead her evidence on the next date of hearing fixed before the Trial Court concerned i.e. 16.12.2024, the present revision petition shall be deemed to having been dismissed. The Family Court is requested to dispose off the matter expeditiously as the divorce petition is pending since 2016.
