(Oral) Counsel for the respondent submits that on 11.09.2023, another COCP No.13 of 2022 was rendered infructuous as it was admitted on behalf of the petitioner that even the execution filed by the petitioner stands disposed of as the possession has been handed over in the month of May, 2020.

Accordingly, both these present petitions are disposed of having been rendered infructuous.
