RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J Present petition has been filed for quashing of FIR No.208 dated 17.12.2020 under Sections 148,149,307 (Sections 323,325 IPC added later on) registered at P.S Pratap Nagar, District Yamuna Nagar as well as subsequent proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of compromise. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the petition with liberty to avail any other alternative remedy available to the petitioners as per law.

Allowed, to do so.
