Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of order dated 09.02.2018 (Annexure P2), passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Kurukshetra, whereby petitioner was ordered to be summoned through bailable warrants in case NACT No. 428 dated 04.05.2017 under Section 138 Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 and by now proclamation having been issued against him.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that petitioner is ready to make payment of the cheque amount along with interest and costs as assessed by the learned trial Court.

In view of above, present petition stands disposed of with the directions that in case petitioner surrenders before the learned trial Judge within a period of one week from today and make payment of the cheque amount along with interest and costs as assessed by the learned trial Court, DEEPAK KUMAR BHARDWAJ 2019.05.21 10:36 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
