/3- '     4 & "  &  Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present petition and he has been nominated as an accused on the basis of disclosure statement of co-accused Jasvir Singh @ Jassa and the said co-accused has also been granted the concession of regular bail by this Court, vide order dated 23.04.2024. He further submits that the petitioner is not involved in any other case. Learned State counsel has filed the custody certificate of the petitioner, which is taken on record. He prays for dismissal of the present petition stating that the allegations against the petitioner are serious in nature.
