Instant petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. praying for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.43, dated 31.03.2021, under Section 346 IPC (Sections 363, 366 IPC added lateron and Section 346 IPC deleted lateron), registered at Police Station Bapoli, District Panipat.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition. Dismissed as withdrawn.
