******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) The present petition has been filed under Section 438 Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of anticipatory bail to petitioners in case FIR No. 61 dated 17.01.2018 registered for offences punishable under Sections 120-B, 406, 506 of Indian Penal Code; 4 of the Medical Termination of Pregnancy Act; 23 and 29 of Pre-Conception and Pre-Natal Diagnostic Technique Act, 1994, at Police Station Model Town, Panipat. Heard.
Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Kulbeer Singh submits that petitioners have joined the investigation and their custodial interrogation is no longer required for the purpose of further investigation of the case.

(ii) that the petitioners shall not leave India without the prior permission of the Court.
(iii) that the petitioners will furnishing regular bail bonds and surety bonds as per orders of trial Court.
