******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) The present petition has been filed under Section 438 Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of anticipatory bail to petitioners in case FIR No. 61 dated 17.01.2018 registered for offences punishable under Sections 120-B, 406, 506 of Indian Penal Code; 4 of the Medical Termination of Pregnancy Act; 23 and 29 of Pre-Conception and Pre-Natal Diagnostic Technique Act, 1994, at Police Station Model Town, Panipat. Heard.

Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Kulbeer Singh submits that petitioners have joined the investigation and their custodial interrogation is no longer required for the purpose of further investigation of the case.

In view of submission of learned State counsel but without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this petition is allowed and order dated 06.02.2018 is made absolute, subject to the following terms:- JITENDER KUMAR 2019.08.17 10:30 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh

CRM-M-4798 of 2018 -2- (i) that the petitioners shall not, directly or indirectly, make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the accusation against them so as to dissuade him from disclosing such facts to the Court or to any police officer;

(ii) that the petitioners shall not leave India without the prior permission of the Court.

(iii) that the petitioners will furnishing regular bail bonds and surety bonds as per orders of trial Court.
