ORAL This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.78 dated 23.06.2020, registered under Section 18 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, (later on added Section 29/61/85 of NDPS Act) at Police Station Jathlana, District Yamuna Nagar. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to order dated 28.08.2020, the petitioner has joined the investigation and has fully cooperated in the same.

Learned State counsel per his instructions from Gurmail Singh, DSP, SIT submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation and in view of cooperation rendered by him, no custodial interrogation of the petitioner is required.

In view of the above, since custodial interrogation of the petitioner is no more required and he has already joined the investigation and cooperated with the investigating officer, the petition is allowed. Order dated 28.08.2020 granting interim anticipatory bail to the petitioner is made absolute, subject to the petitioner's complying with provisions under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
