In the instant petition filed by the complainant under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for transfer of investigation in the FIR, learned counsel representing the petitioner states that since the Investigating Agency has filed a cancellation report in the matter, the complainant would take recourse to the remedy available to him in accordance with law by way of filing protest petition and otherwise.
