Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be allowed to withdraw this petition. According to him, the mistake was totally inadvertent as, no information was received by him about the arrest of the petitioner and subsequent release on regular bail on 29.02.2015.

Though this court strongly deprecates the practice of misleading the court by persons such as the petitioner, however, keeping in view facts and circumstances of the case, petitioner is allowed to withdraw this petition. Trial court shall, however be at liberty to cancel the bail granted to the petitioner in case there is any further mis-conduct by him during the trial.
