(ORAL) Present petition has been filed with a prayer that a direction be issued to respondents No.1 to 3 that the petitioner may not be unnecessarily harassed by respondent No.4 in any manner on the basis of false allegations, which were alleged against him, by respondents No.6 and 7.

Short reply by way of affidavit has been filed on behalf of respondent No.1 today in the Court and the same is taken on record. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that keeping in view the averments mentioned in paragraph 5 of the above-said reply, petitioner does not want to press this petition any further and the same may be disposed of as such.
