(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners, in cross version recorded vide DDR No.34 dated 13.06.2018, under Sections 323, 324, 148 and 149 IPC (offences under Sections 326, 325 IPC were added later on), Police Station Nurmehal, District Jalandhar in FIR No.44 dated 12.06.2018, under Sections 302 and 34 IPC, Police Station Nurmehal, District Jalandhar.

Learned State counsel submits that the petitioners have joined the investigation and are no more required for interrogation. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 30.10.2018 passed by this Court is made absolute. Disposed of accordingly.
