(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, in a case arising out of FIR No.865 dated 06.11.2015, registered at Police Station Civil Lines, Gurgaon, who has been booked for having committed the offences punishable under Sections 323, 406, 498-A, 506 and 354-A IPC.
Vide order dated 01.06.2016, the matter was referred to the Mediation Centre to enable the petitioner to settle the disputes with the complainant and the parties were directed to appear before the mediation centre of this Court on 12.07.2016. As per the report of the mediator, the Naresh Kumar 2016.10.24 16:32 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh parties have not been able to resolve their disputes.
CRM-M-5772-2016 -2In view of the totality of the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 17.02.2016, passed by this Court whereby the ad-interim anticipatory bail was granted to the petitioner is made absolute, subject to the condition that the petitioner deposit a sum of `5 lacs in the shape of FDR in the name of child, before the trial Court, within a period of two months, from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. The petitioner shall continue to join the investigation as and when required to do so and abide by all the conditions as envisaged under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
