NIRMALJIT KAUR, J. (ORAL) Prayer in the present petition is for issuance of direction to respondent to hand over the investigation of the case FIR No.0124, dated 14.06.2020 under Sections 302, 201 and 149 IPC, registered at Police Station Division No.2, Pathankot, District Pathankot, to some independent agency like CBI for free and fair investigation. Issue notice of motion.

Mr.Hittan Nehra, Addl.A.G.,Punjab, accepts notice on behalf of the State.

Heard.

It is contended that the investigation is not being done properly and the evidence is not being collected properly and the other accused are not being arrested.

CRM-M-23518-2020 -2well as mother of the present petitioner, Special Investigating Team has been constituted by I.T. Border Range, headed by S.P.(Investigation), Pathankot, which also includes DSP and SHO.

In view of the above, no further order is required to be passed in the present petition. The same is disposed of, accordingly. This Court has no doubt that the said investigation shall be fair and impartial and in accordance with law and action will be taken against those who are found involved.
