The petitioner through instant petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India is seeking setting aside of order dated 22.12.2023 (Anenxure P-1) whereby he was dismissed from service.

Mr.Sameer Sachdeva, Advocate submits that grievance of the petitioner, at this stage, would be redressed if respondent is directed to decide his appeal in a time bound manner.
