(the aforesaid presence is being recorded through video conferencing since the proceedings are being conducted in Virtual Court) ***** GURVINDER SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) The learned counsel for the petitioners contends that respondents No.5 to 7 had entered into house of the petitioners and had assaulted their daughter and that the entire occurrence has been recorded in the CCTV cameras installed at the residence of the petitioners but despite the petitioners having made representation to the police, no action has been taken thereupon.

Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and while refraining from making any expression as regards veracity of averments made in the petition, the petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3-Commissioner of Police, Jalandhar, District Jalandhar to ensure that the representation dated 3.8.2020 (Annexure P-1) is got examined in accordance PANKAJ KAKKAR 2020.08.19 12:22 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
