RAMESHWAR SINGH MALIK, J Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the only limited relief being sought by the petitioner in this case is that the learned trial court may be directed to consider and decide the anticipatory bail application of the petitioner on merits of the case, because vide order dated 28.1.2015 the said application was dismissed in default.
In view of the above limited prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner, present petition is disposed of, with a direction to the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Tarn Taran to decide the anticipatory bail application of the petitioner on merits by passing an appropriate order thereon, strictly in accordance with law.
Disposed of, accordingly.
