RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Petitioner has preferred the instant petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C., for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.37, dated 22.04.2022, registered under Section 498-A of the Indian Penal Code, at Police Station Arniwala, District Fazilka.
By virtue of order dated 22.07.2022, while granting interim protection, the petitioner was directed to join the investigation. It has been contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has joined the investigation and fully cooperated and thus, the interim order may kindly be made absolute.
Learned counsel for the complainant has opposed the prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner.
Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Manjit Singh has affirmed the fact that the petitioner has joined the investigation and has MEENU 2022.09.30 18:04 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this order/judgment
CRM-M-25067-2022 -2stated that he is no more required for further investigation. In view of the same, the interim order dated 22.07.2022, is made absolute subject to compliance of conditions as envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
Petition stands allowed.
