 #$% "& Allegations against the petitioner Ashwani Kumar in this regular bail application are that on 17.04.2014 he has fraudulently taken 8.00 lacs from the complainant Jaswinder Kumar on the pretext of sending him abroad and has failed to return the money or to send the complainant to foreign country.

The contention of the petitioner's counsel Ms.Rishma Verma that the petitioner is in custody since 22.11.2014 and that the trial is not likely to be accomplished in the near future is opposed by the learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Devi Chand on the RATTAN PAL SINGH 2015.05.19 15:54 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Punjab & Haryana High Court



  ground that the petitioner is a habitual offender and is being tried in such three different cases.

Heard.

Keeping in view the allegations levelled against the petitioner and his previous conduct as well as the apprehension expressed by the learned State counsel that if granted bail the petitioner will indulge himself in similar activities, no ground is made out to grant bail to the petitioner in this case. The petition stands dismissed accordingly.
