MANJARI NEHRU KAUL, J. (ORAL) Petitioner is seeking issuance of directions to the official respondents to take appropriate action against the private respondents, who allegedly trespassed his house and opened fire. 2.

Learned counsel submits that despite a representation dated 20.03.2024 (Annexure P-1) having been given to the authorities concerned, they had failed to proceed against the accused-respondents. Learned counsel submits that the petitioner would be satisfied if directions are issued to respondent No.2-Superintendent of Police, Nuh, to look into his representation dated 20.03.2024 (Annexure P-1) and take appropriate steps in accordance with law. 3.

On the asking of the Court, Ms. Trishanjali Sharma, Deputy Advocate General, Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of the State.

In view of the prayer of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the instant petition is disposed of with directions to respondent No.2-Superintendent of Police, Nuh, to look into the representation dated 20.03.2024 (Annexure P-1) of the petitioner and take appropriate steps, if required, in accordance with law.
