Mr.Kirat Singh Sidhu,DAG Punjab assisted by HC Gurpreet Singh Jaswant Singh,J(Oral) Prayer is for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 63 dated 16.4.2015 under Sections 406,420,120-B IPC and under Section 24 of the Immigration Act,1983 registered at PS Lalru,Distt.SAS Nagar,Mohali.

It is submitted that the entire allegations of having received money to the tune of Rs.19.90 lacs for sending three complainants abroad are against Abhishek Bhandari, his wife accused Hina Sharma and one Manish Sharma.

It is contended that name of the petitioner has been dragged only for the reason that he sold his car to one of the accused who are absconding.

CRM-M 579/2016 interim order dated 11.1.2016 passed by this Court, petitioner has joined investigation and also submitted the original of the affidavit dated 20.6.2014 whereby the co-accused Hina Sharma had purchased the Hyundai Accent Car.

Learned State counsel on instructions concedes that petitioner has joined investigation and his custodial interrogation is no longer required.

In view of the above, interim order dated 11.1.2016 is made absolute.
