R.P. NAGRATH, J. (ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. is for grant of regular bail in FIR No. 67 dated 12.05.2014 registered under Section 306 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) at Police Station Sadar, Zira, District Ferozepur.

On instructions from ASI Vann Singh, learned State counsel submits that charge under Section 302 IPC has since been framed by the trial Court on 17.03.2015.

In view of the above, the instant petition has been rendered infructuous and is disposed of as such.
