Prayer made in the present petition is for quashing the order dated 07.06.2021, Annexure P-10, whereby the representation of the petitioner for restoration of seniority has been rejected by passing a non-speaking order. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner refers to the facts mentioned in para 10 of the petition with regard to the similarly circumstanced employees, who were granted the benefit as claimed by him.

Learned State counsel is unable to defend the order impugned and on instructions states that the respondents would not be averse to having a relook at the matter and decide afresh within a period of 4 months, which this Court has no reason to believe the authorities would not address in a just, fair and reasonable manner and it satisfies the learned counsel for the petitioner. 4.
