Present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, inter alia, for quashing the impugned order dated 19.04.2022 (P-6), passed by respondent No. 2 (Director, Health and Family Welfare, Punjab), whereby deputation of petitioner was withdrawn. In view of the order dated 05.07.2022 (Mark-X), passed by respondent No. 2, learned counsel, on instructions from petitioner, does not press the present petition any further; rather wishes to withdraw the same. Ordered accordingly.
