 /0 Mr. Davinder Bir Singh, Advocate has put in appearance on behalf of the complainant and filed his power of attorney, which is taken on record. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner has pointed out that the only ground on the basis of which the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate Barnala has declined the application vide impugned order (Annexure P-12) is that no specific period has been mentioned in the application for which the petitioner intended to go abroad. He submits that he has specific instructions from his client that if granted permission, the petitioner will return back to India before 22.07.2025, the date already fixed before the learned trial Court.

He submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition at this stage with liberty to file an application before the learned trial Court seeking requisite permission for a specific time period. Keeping in view the above submissions, the instant petition stands dismissed as withdrawn at this stage with liberty to the petitioner to move an SANDAL SHARMA 2025.05.

CRM-M-21252-2025   1%1 appropriate application mentioning specific purpose and specific period for which the petitioner intends to go abroad.

If such application is moved, the learned trial Court is directed to dispose off the same expeditiously, preferably within a period of 10 days thereof in accordance with law.
