ARUN MONGA, J. ORAL This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in case FIR No.83 dated 07.06.2020, registered under Sections 354-B, 324, 323, 148, 149, 341, 506 IPC at Police Station Hariana, District Hoshiarpur. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that pursuant to order dated 18.08.2020, the petitioners have joined the investigation and have fully cooperated in the same.

Learned State counsel per his instructions submits that the petitioners have joined the investigation and custodial interrogation of the petitioners is no more required.

In view of the above, since custodial interrogation of the petitioners is no more required and they have already joined the investigation and cooperated with the investigating officer, the petition is allowed. Order dated 18.08.2020 granting interim anticipatory bail to the petitioners is made absolute, subject to the petitioners' complying with provisions under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
