This is an application filed under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023, for seeking withdrawal of the main case i.e. CRM-M-21637-2025, which is fixed for 24.07.2025.

It has been averred in the application that applicant-petitioner does not want to press the instant petition at this stage and accordingly, instructed the counsel through his sister, for withdrawing the subject mentioned case at this stage with liberty to file fresh petition. III.

Mr. Kanwar Sanjiv Kumar, AAG, Haryana, who is present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of the non-applicant/respondent - State and pleads no objection to the prayer made in the application. V.
