The present contempt petition has been filed for deliberate and intentional disobedience of order dated 06.02.2026 passed by this Court in CWP-3610-2026, whereby respondents were directed to decide the representation filed by the petitioners.

In compliance of the order dated 06.02.2026 passed by this Court in CWP-3610-2026, learned counsel for the respondents submits that after considering the claim of the petitioners, speaking orders dated 01.05.2026 has been passed by the District Food Civil Supplies Consumer Affairs Controller, Kaithal. He has produced copies of the said speaking orders in Court, which are taken on record.
