(Oral) Counsel for the State as per the affidavit of the Senior Superintendent of Police, Patiala, submits that after conducting an enquiry on the complaint given by the petitioner, it was found that it is a matrimonial dispute and accordingly, the complaint was filed. Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of having been rendered infructuous.
