This petition has been filed under Sections 10 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, alleging violation of order dated 20.02.2025, Annexure P-1, passed by the Writ Court in CWP-4838-2025. 2.

Advance copy of the petition has been served upon the respondent. 3.

State counsel has informed the Court that the respondent has been transferred from the post of DPI, Colleges, and new incumbent has joined. 4.

In view of above development, counsel for the petitioners seeks and is granted permission to withdraw the instant contempt petition with liberty to file a fresh one.
