:7 "The relevant part of the report is reproduced herein below:- As per the statement of investigating officer, there are total 4 accused arrayed in the present FIR namely Mohd. Khalil, Mohd. Javed, Fahni @Mohd. Irfan and Rizwan. As per the statement of investigating officer, no accused has been (1) declared as Proclaimed Offender. As per the statement of complainant/victim/injured Mohd. Irfan & Mohd. Aslan and accused Mohd. Khalil Mohd. Javed, Fahni @ Mohd. Irfan and Rizwan, they have entered into compromise with their own free will and without any pressure or coercion or undue influence. The said compromise seems to be genuine, voluntary and out of free will of the parties iv) As per the statement of investigating officer, accused persons are not involved in any other FIR. v) Statement of Investigating Officer regarding number of victims/complainants has been recorded as per which there are 2 complainants/victims/injured i.e. Mohd.
