This is a petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of FIR No.160 dated 06.12.2012, under Section 420 IPC, registered at Police Station Gidderbaha, District Sri Muktsar Sahib (Annexure P-4) and subsequent proceedings thereto.
At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been discharged vide order dated 16.03.2021, passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Sri Muktsar Sahib and therefore, the instant petition has been rendered infructuous.
