Naresh Kumar Sanghi, J.(Oral) Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from HC Jaspal Singh, Police Station, Sadar, District Rupnagar, submits that the petitioners have joined the investigation and after completion of the investigation, the charge-sheet (report under Section 173, Cr.P.C.) has been presented before the competent court of jurisdiction.
Learned counsel for the informant has not controverted the submissions made by learned counsel for the State.
In view of the totality of the facts and circumstances of the case, the present petition is allowed. The interim directions issued by this Court vide order dated 03.03.2015 are made absolute.
The petitioners shall appear before learned committal/trial court on each and every date of hearing unless ordered otherwise.
