**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL , J. (ORAL) Case is taken up for hearing through video conferencing. This is a petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of directions to respondent No. 2 to take legal action against respondents No. 4 to 12 or to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 8.6.2021 (Annexure P-5).

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the grievance of the petitioner is that the private respondents are very dangerous persons and have been involved in criminal activities; that they have been regularly threatening the petitioner and his family members; that on 6.6.2021, at about 4.30 P.M., respondent No. 4-Raghu Nandan @ Ruggi along with other came to the house of the petitioner and attacked the petitioner and his father and fired gun shots in the air; that the private respondents openly claimed that nobody can approach the higher authorities.

CRM-M No. 28717 of 2021 -2against respondent No. 4. The Hon'ble Apex Court in M.Subramaniam and another versus S. Janaki and another 2020 (2) R.C.R (Criminal) 788 has held that in such like cases, the complainant must avail the alternate remedy by approaching the Magistrate concerned under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C. In view of the law laid down by the Hon'ble Apex Court in M.Subramaniam's case (supra), the petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Magistrate concerned under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C.
