Learned counsel for the petitioner, at the very outset, makes a statement that he does not wish to press the instant petition. He, however, seeks liberty to avail his legal remedies by approaching the Debts Recovery Tribunal. 2.

Petition stands dismissed as not pressed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to approach the concerned Debts Recovery Tribunal within a period of 10 days from today, and till such time, parties shall maintain status quo.

It is made clear that this order shall not prejudice the mind of Tribunal while deciding the question of interim relief, if admissible to the petitioner.
